GNW offers comprehensive cartage and logistics services, from simple in-town deliveries to the complex transport of scenic elements, artwork, and custom-fabricated pieces throughout Metro Vancouver and beyond. Each move is tailored to the project’s needs, with services including route planning, permit coordination, and vehicle selection—whether that’s a climate-controlled van for delicate props or a flatbed for oversized structures.
We coordinate closely with venue managers and subcontractors to schedule smooth load-ins and load-outs, minimizing disruption and ensuring a seamless transition to installation. Real-time tracking, interim storage, and reverse logistics are all managed by GNW’s logistics coordinator, keeping every step on time and on budget.
A standout example: the transport of Rodney Graham’s 3,400 kg Spinning Chandelier. GNW managed every detail—from custom crating and permits to traffic control and crane scheduling—to deliver this massive kinetic sculpture safely beneath Vancouver’s Granville Street Bridge, ready for installation without delay.
